Sophia Joy Lawrence(she/her) is a queer artist, writer, youth-educator, and musician from rural L'nuewa'ki (Antigonish), Nova Scotia. With a BFA from Mount Allison University. Sophia works in painting, printmaking, video, sound, puppetry, and various sculptural processes but is most well know for her drawing and illustrative work.
